Privacy Policy

As the founder of CardWiX, I take security and privacy seriously. I wrote this privacy policy to make sure that you have peace of mind when using our service.

In a nutshell, we never share, rent, disclose or sell your personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and other sensitive information. We only use certain information to improve our customer service by providing information you have requested and mainly for record-keeping or internal purposes. Please read below to know more about our privacy policy.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect basic information such as first name, last name, company name, job title, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number, user name, password, and feedback information. We also collect usage information such as number of visitors, frequency of visits and locations. Finally, we may collect or store certain nonpersonal data that are automatically sent directly from your computer when you visit our site such as information from your computer and browser including IP address, cookie information and pages you request.

Information we do not store or collect

CardWiX partners with a third-party credit card processing service. We do not store your credit card details in our database.

There may be instances where you want to delete a completed project from your account permanently. When you choose to delete a project permanently, it goes to your trash folder first making it easier for you to recover your file if you deleted a project by mistake. If there was no mistake, our server will then permanently delete that project from our server. Our goal is to protect your list from unauthorized use and if we don’t store it in our database, there will be no risk of theft or unauthorized use of your contacts. Once our server has permanently deleted a project, it will be expensive to restore such information.

We may send you updates and announcements but you can opt- out from our mailings anytime. We hate SPAM as much as you do so we give you a choice whether you want to receive these updates. If you choose to opt-out from our marketing mailings, we will immediately remove your name from our list.
